What can I say, selling property made easy.
After 12 months on the market and not having a good time with my real estate agent, you guys came to the rescue, helped me find a new agent which resulted in a sale in less than 2 weeks! How nice was it to have someone who knew what they were doing to help me with the agents! The best part of all was that by using you I received a refund of $2052.27 from my real estate agents fees because of the referral that you had arranged.

Recently I sold a factory unit in Prestons NSW. Originally I used an Estate Agent who I chose myself. This proved far from satisfactory and after 4 months on the market the property had only been inspected by one prospective purchaser. I decided to change Real Estate Agents and decided to seek professional advice on selling the property prior to selecting a new Real Estate Agent. Just a quick note to say a big thank you for all your help with our real estate. As I had never sold a property before, the list of questions you provided (and expected good answers) were very valuable and I used them when interviewing the real estate agents. The quality of agents you put me in contact with was so high I had a very hard time picking between them.

Despite my initial skepticism of your intentions, your speedy research into the marketing of our land on Scotland Island dispelled these thoughts.

Your selection of 'agent' proved, in the long run, to be faultless as this agent introduced a competent solicitor who resided close to the area and whose previous experience regarding this area was invaluable.

That we reside so far from the site to be sold was also problematical, however with your assistance and recommendations all was handled from our own home.

We had a buyer within a week and a deposit shortly thereafter.
