With over 36 years in real estate, I’ve seen how agents operate from the inside. Today, I use that knowledge exclusively to help homeowners like you achieve the best possible sale result — without the stress, confusion, or bias that often comes with dealing directly with agents.

Three Decades of Real Estate Experience

  • 1980s – Began as a real estate salesperson, learning the industry from the ground up.

  • Early 1990s – Secured my Real Estate Licence, owned and managed an office within a successful franchise group.

  • 2000s – Moved to a senior management role controlling a group with four offices and a team of 16 sales professionals.

  • 2005 onwards – Founded Independent Real Estate Consulting (iREC), one of the first vendor advocacy practices in Australia, focused solely on helping home sellers achieve fair outcomes.
