About the suburb Kepnock

Kepnock is almost entirely a residential area, with small convenience stores along Elliot Heads Road. Kepnock State High School, which opened in 1964, is located in the suburb, as is the local branch of the YMCA.

In 2012 Kepnock State High School in Bundaberg won a state showcase award for its mathematics program ACEM.
